Frappe is a 9 year old Standardbred mare who stands about 15.3 hh.  She was raced and retired sound.  She has no vices, is well mannered and easy to manage around the barn.  She turns out well with others.  She is race trained to drie and has been jogged lightly fr the past few years.  Since coming to live at BAHR, she has been started under saddle with no issues.  She stands for mounting, moves forward, steers, stops, is not offended by the weight of a rider or leg pressure, although she does not always understand the question.  She will need someone experienced to continue this training, but could be handled by any level on the ground.
