Jax is a total lovebug who just wants to be fed treats and get cuddles from everyone!  He gets along with all other horses and is very safe for any level to handle.  Jax was reported to have been a dressage horse in his younger years, then was retired into an equine therapy program.  He was surrendered to BAHR when the therapy program closed down and he had nowhere to go.  

Jax does have arthritis in his joints and is no longer sound for riding.  He is on daily maintenance to be comfortably pasture sound.  He has no other special health needs at this time.  Jax has paid his dues working all his life and would love his own family to spend his years.
