Danny is a 15 year old, 15.3 hh Kentucky Mountain Horse gelding.  He is very calm and well trained with more experience on the trail than in the arena.  He has had some time off, so may bee to be brought back into shape to do longer rides. Danny has been diagnosed with Equine Metabolic Syndrome and had a bout of laminitis in March of 2026.  X rays show he does have rotation of the coffin bone and this may cause his soles to be tender, requiring front shoes.  He has just been getting started back to riding and is currently barefoot.  Due to the EMS, Danny should be on restricted grazing and be fed a low sugar/low starch diet.

Danny came with his best friend, Julie.  She is a super sweet 28 year old Missouri Fox Trotter mare.  She is sound and healthy, probably could still be ridden lightly. Special pricing and consideration for a home willing to take them together.
