Julius is a 10 year old Percheron cross (?) gelding who stands about 17 hh.  He is a big loverboy who often forgets his size!  Julius came out of a large neglect case with which we assisted back in January 2024.  We have no history for Julius' past and have evaluated is as being friendly and willing, but has gaps in his training.  We suggest starting him from the beginning to train as a riding horse, assuming he has had no training to ride.  He is currently doing groundwork in tack.  His will tie and cross tie, stand for vet and farrier, is good in turnout with other horses and is respectful of fences.  Julius has no vices and no special health needs.  He is sound and healthy.
