Tango is  17 year old, registered Quarter Horse mare who stands about 14.3 hh.  She was a very successful show horse on a National AQHA level, competing at Congress 4x and Qualifying for the World Championship. She was shown in halter, Showmanship, Trail and rail classes as well.  Tango was eventually retired due to soundness issues, but is pasture sound with maintenance.  She is very trustworthy on the ground and has impeccable manners,  as would be expected of a horse with her extensive training.  

Tango has been diagnosed with Navicular disease and thin soles.  We currently have found she is most comfortable in glue on Easy Shoes on her front feet and she gets one Equioxx per day for maintenance.  Tango gets along well with the other horses and has no vices.  She could likely be led with a small rider or used for a ground therapy program, she is also a very nice companion.
